About Guide 2 ChangeMy name is Gonneke van Daele - Vulto and I am Guide 2 Change. I have 25 years of experience as a change and transformation manager at Unilever and a number of other multinationals. After a career in (international) business, I have been an independent consultant since 2024 and I advise, guide and coach organizations and teams in the field of change management. My main goal is to (further) develop the change capability of the teams and people I work with so that they are (and remain) ready for the ever-changing future. For me, the collaboration is only a success when the teams and individuals I work with experience clear development and become better equipped to prepare for and lead future changes on their own. | ![]() |
Working with me is characterized by:
- Positivity: No matter how big the challenge, I am convinced that a positive approach is key to motivating organizations, teams, and individuals. My purpose is "creating movement through togetherness." This does not mean ignoring or overlooking the resistance and difficulties that come with every change process. But by acknowledging them together, unravelling their causes, and integrating them constructively and positively into the action plan, they can become a strength rather than a stumbling block.
- Practical approach: With my intuitive approach, supported by extensive experience as a change and transformation manager, I am able to quickly get to the heart of (complex) issues and translate challenges into a clear strategy and action plan. In doing so, I consider which tools and resources can be drawn from various change management methodologies (see also approach), but these will always serve the intended outcome and never be an end goal in themselves.
- Development: The (further) development of teams and individuals is one of my greatest motivations, both in the field of change management and in the areas of team and personal effectiveness. Going through a development and learning process together brings immense satisfaction and contributes to successfully driving the organization forward. It is always an explicit part of the strategy and action plan we agree upon. The greatest compliment I can receive is when teams tell me that they have grown during our collaboration and feel more confident and capable in tackling future (change) challenges.
I am married to Frederic and together with our three children aged 17, 15 and 12 we live in Rijswijk (ZH).
In addition to Guide 2 Change, I also work as a volunteer in the Steenvoorde residential care centre in Rijswijk where I enjoy giving movement and memory training to seniors with care needs.
